CORONARY HEART DISEASE TREATMENT AND PREVENTION INDIA

How to Remove Heart Blockage Naturally?

http://parijatak.com/coronary-heart-disease-treatment-and-prevention-india/

Coronary Heart Disease Treatment and Prevention India, or simply, heart disease affects millions of Indians. This serious condition is a result of plaque which builds up in your arteries. The plaques can be understood as a lump of cell bodies which causes blockage in blood vessels.

What is Coronary Artery Disease?

Our heart pumps blood to all the other organs. The blood is transported in our body via arteries and veins. These blood vessels carry oxygen-deficit blood from the organs to the heart, and heart pumps oxygen-laden blood to the various organs through the arteries. The arteries have smooth and elastic walls. Formation of a plaque on their inner lining makes the lumen narrower and rigid. The plaque obstructs blood flow to your heart, which is thus deprived of oxygen. Excessive pressure exerted on the walls of the arteries by the obstructed blood can rupture the blood vessels, leading to a heart attack or sudden cardiac death.

How Does Coronary Artery Disease Develop?

Our erratic lifestyle and the food habits are responsible for the increase in plaque. The fatty meats and oily stuff that we eat frequently can cause plaque formation due to improper digestion. Initially, the plaque is very small in size and flows along with the blood. With time, plaque increases in size. It raises the risk of blood clot formation in blood vessels as it mixes with other substances like lipoproteins, cell bodies etc., which travel in our bloodstream. Increase in blood cholesterol leads to an increase in plaque-size; it pushes the artery walls outward while growing inward. The blood vessels become narrower.
Eventually, a narrowed coronary artery leads to the formation of new blood transportation passages that go around the blockage to reach the heart. But this does not help. The new arteries are not able to carry enough oxygen-rich blood to the heart muscle. The excessive blood pressure may rupture the blood vessels. The blood clot may block the blood supply to the heart muscle, thus causing a heart attack.
If a blood vessel carrying blood to the brain gets blocked by a blood clot, an ischemic stroke can happen. If a blood vessel within the brain bursts, due to uncontrolled high blood pressure, a hemorrhagic stroke can occur.
Ignorance is not always blissful- it can be fatal. You must know about the symptoms of heart disease beforehand, whether you’ve been diagnosed with it or not. Talk to the experts and be aware of this disease which comes at very short notice. Awareness is the first step towards prevention of any disease.

Is it Possible to Have Heart Blockage Treatment without Surgery?

Yes, that is only possible in Ayurveda! Ayurveda provides natural and more herbal insights for understanding the cause and cure of any disease. The toxins released from improperly digested foods that we eat block the normal blood circulation in our body. Thus, Ayurvedic healthcare focuses on removal of toxins from blood vessels and restoring normal digestion in the body by recommending natural remedies for heart disease.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Low blood pressure

Low  blood pressure And Ayurveda

    • Low blood pressure is also known as hypotension. The normal range of blood pressure is 120-140mmHg of systolic and 70-80mmHg of diastolic. The fall in blood pressure below the normal range is called as hypotension. When readings are consistently lower than 90/60mm Hg, it’s considered as hypotension. Some of the major reasons of hypotension are nutritional deficiencies, dehydration and endocrine disorders.
    • Symptoms:
    • Dizziness
    • nausea
    • fatigue
    • palpitations
    • Lethergy
    • Weakness
    • The patient may faint, especially if arterial pressure is lowered further when he assumes an erect position. These symptoms are presumably due to a decrease in perfusion of blood to brain, heart, skeletal muscle and other organs

Causes

    • Faulty nutrition is main cause behind this. It causes relaxation of wall tissue of the blood vessels which makes the blood tissue  flabby or stretched. This results in less supply of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. Malnutrition can result from a diet deficient in calories, proteins, vitamin C, or almost any one of he B vitamins.
Severe loss of blood is also responsible for hypotension. Low blood pressure may also develop gradually because of slow bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, or bladder.
Emotional problems are also responsible for hypotension.
Dehydration also leads to hypotension
Some Endocrine disoders are also responsible for hypotension.

Ayurvedic Aspect

    • In vata pitta vruddhi, kaphakshaya, ojakshaya ,bhramalaksanas are seen. Glani is seen in
    • The medicines we give are usna, tiksnavyavayi and rasayana in nature .whenprakrutakapha is stable, hypotension is very minimally seen, Hypotension is actually a rasaksayalaksana in Ayurveda.
    • Many times dizziness, fainting are attributed to low BP.
    • The following conditions should be kept in mind

    • Over exposure to heat
    • Diarrhoea
    • Undergoing diuretic treatment / Nitrates
    • Over bleeding , sweating and Urination
    • Abnormal heart rhythm- commonly atrial fibrillation.
    • Immediately after heart attack
    • Pulmonary embolism
    • Some anti depressants
    • In diabetes and parkinsonism where autonomic nervous system is involved.
    • In the above said conditions, when pressure is low, brain gets affected.
    • Blood con not reach the brain as it is against the gravity, hence one feels dizzy, and they may faint.
    • When vital organ malfunction occurs due to low BP, it is termed as shock
